Contributing to the Handbook
Contribute to shaping how Meetball works by suggesting improvements or submit new pages to the Handbook.
Anyone can suggest improvements to the Meetball Handbook.
Principles:
- Intuitive Design: Make processes as intuitive as road signs: understandable without extensive training.
- Accessibility Focus: Be thoughtful about acronyms and barriers that exclude people.
- Implementation: Minimize rules, maximize understanding of principles behind decisions. Premise any page with principles and WHYs.
You can directly submit your ideas as "merge requests" to be reviewed/approved by the relevant Page maintainer. Or you can chat with them (each page Maintainer is listed in the relevant page).
Please let us know who you are if you help us improve
- Add yourself to the team page as Contributor (add Page URL) so we know who is proposing the changes;

Thank you for your interest and help!
We don’t mind people inside and outside the company making suggestions to change significant things. We don't have this all figured out, please feel free to make a proposal, we can discuss anything. If we don’t agree, we’ll feel free not to merge it, and we’ll thank you for caring about it.
We are building this organitally as we grow. We're busy building a startup and there may be a lag between how we decide to work and the time we publish it here, so if your PR goes unnoticed for a while, that's why. We may also reject a PR that has great ideas but is not the way we want to structure something, and that's ok! It's alright for us to have different ways of working, in fact, that is why we're open sourcing the book, so you can make changes depending on your org in particular, we don't have to all be the same, and probably shouldn't be.
We want to create a welcoming environment for everyone who is interested in contributing. Please visit our Code of Conduct page to learn more about our commitment to an open and welcoming environment.
