How to Get Your @meetball.fun Email

Once you've signed our Confidentiality Agreement (NDA), you can request your very own @meetball.fun email address.

Step 1: Request Your Email

Go to: ineedemail.meetball.xyz

Fill out the form with:

Your chosen email name: We suggest [email protected] (we're a small crew!), but [email protected] works too
Recovery email: Must match the email you used to sign the NDA on BoldSign (this verifies it's you)
Phone recovery: Optional, but not recommended (SMS isn't secure)

Step 2: Submit

Click Request Email and wait for approval.

Step 3: Get Approved

Guilherme will:

Verify you're eligible (NDA signed, details match)
Approve and create the email
DM you on Discord with:
- Your new @meetball.fun email address
- Login credentials

Important: This email provider is for team emails only.

Recommended: Reset your password on first login for security.

Using Email on Your Devices

Your @meetball.fun email works with any email client that supports IMAP and SMTP.

Recommended Email Clients:

Mobile: Gmail, Apple Mail, BlueMail, K-9 Mail
Desktop: Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Outlook

Setup Instructions

1. Add Account

Open your email client
Go to Settings → Add Account
Select Other or Manual Setup
Choose IMAP

2. Incoming Mail Server (IMAP)

Email: [email protected]
Password: [your password]
Server: imap.purelymail.com
Port: 993 (usually auto-detected)
Security: SSL/TLS (usually auto-detected)

3. Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)

Email: [email protected]
Password: [your password]
Server: smtp.purelymail.com
Port: 465 (usually auto-detected)
Security: SSL/TLS (usually auto-detected)

4. Sync Settings

Leave defaults or choose your preferred sync frequency
Set sync time to as early/frequent as your client allows

That's it! Your @meetball.fun email is ready to use.
